'Creeping Out from my Event Horizon' is the first track on the Agelast EP and the fifth track on the eventual CD release of 'Whimper and Bang'. It encapsulates the swollen, aching dread and deep resentment experienced by a spurned idiot. Much of this set was written to be intentionally caustic, sexist, regressive and otherwise unpleasant as a nod to my backwards beliefs and behaviors during the early portion of my recovery. My misogyny and spite wanes towards the end of the set, mirroring the trajectory of my recovery and my development towards being a more decent and progressive human being.
